Watch Your Paws nature education program for children
The goals of this program are to educate children about natural habitats and protected areas in our province and to encourage responsible action in nature.
- 1 hour program long
- free of charge to children in grades 4 and 7.
Includes a brief overview of natural area and habitat concepts, followed by entertaining and interactive hands-on activities. The general theme is promoting responsible behaviour in nature and is consistent with curriculum outcomes for these grades.
